4 منذ انطالقته األولى استطاع مهرجان الفجيرة الدولي للفنون أن يجمع فنون العرض من كافة أنحاء العالم لتحقيق مفهوم تعدد الثقافات وتنوع الفنون اإلنسانية وقد تم تصميمه على النحو الذي يقدم فيه باقة من الفنون الراقية التي ترسخ األصالة وتمزج بين ثقافات الشعوب ويقوم بإبرازها ضمن معايير تعكس أثر المنجز اإلبداعي الفني بما يمثله من قيمة فنية عالية ومكانة استثنائية في ركب الحضارة العالمي وتسهم في تطوير مهارات األجيال الشابة من أصحاب المواهب الفنية والكفاءات ويأخذ مهرجان الفجيرة الدولي للفنون على عاتقه تشكيل فضاء تتحاور فيه النخب الفنية المثقفة والمبدعة وتتفاعل من خالله مع الجمهور وتعريض المتلقي إيجابيا إلى أنواع وألوان الفنون المختلفة إضافة إلى إيجاد حراك فني إيجابي يعزز دور الفجيرة المحوري في تقارب وتفاعل الثقافات والشعوب بعيدا عن حواجز اللغة. في دول العالم ونشر قيم المحبة والسالم سمو الشيخ الدكتور راشد بن حمد الشرقي رئيس هيئة الفجيرة للثقافة واإلعالم رئيس اللجنة العليا للمهرجان Since its inception, the Fujairah International Arts Festival has been able to bring together the performance arts from across the world to achieve the concept of multiculturalism and human art diversity. It has been designed to the style that offers an array of fine arts that establish authenticity and blend peoples' cultures, and highlights them within standards that reflect the impact of creative artistic achievement, with its high technical value and exceptional status in the march of the global civilization, and contribute to developing the skills of young generations of artistic talent and adequacies, The Fujairah International Arts Festival takes upon itself the creation of a space where artistic innovative, creative and educated elites can converse, interact with the public, and expose the recipient positively to the different types and categories of various arts, and further, to create a positive artistic move that enhances Fujairah's pivotal role in the convergence and interaction of cultures and peoples in the world, and to spread Love and peace values, away from language barriers. 6 The Emirate of Fujairah The gift of beauty and miraculous creation of Allah that weaves the threads of glory and honor It is the city of charm and warmth, and it is the grandness that imagination is incapable to perceive On its fascinating coasts lies the glamorous fragrance weaved by the sweetness of dreams, and on its mountains stands a history that tells stories of civilization and originality. From the east coasts of the United Arab Emirates, and on the Arabian Sea in particular, nature played its masterpiece a wonderful symphony of love and harmony From the first moment, Fujairah embraces its visitors with a sense of intimacy and magic.. It draws you with its forts and castles and its palm trees that swings with the fresh air.. It s a place you will fall in love with immediately and feel equally loved by it. The beaches of Fujairah are the most beautiful beaches in the UAE. One of its most famous tourist attractions is the city of Dibba, which extends for long and gorgeous miles between the golden sandy beaches and the blue magical sea that sparkles under the sunshine. Over there, you ll find Al Hajar Mountain standing gloriously and with grandeur and honor along the way, surrounded by valleys that contain historical forts and castles, and adorned by beautiful palm trees. Fujairah has a lot to offer, the pleasure of its beautiful tourism locations, diving in its safe seas and exploring the past by visiting the old archaeological areas like Fujairah Fort, Al-Bedyah Mosque, Al-Hail Castle, Al-Bithnah Fort and others. History The historical importance of Fujairah goes back to the ancient history before the birth of Christ, peace be upon him, when it was known as the Land of Sea Titans. It was the first home of the immigrants from the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula who were later known as the Phoenicians. Al Sharqi family, the ruling family of Fujairah, descends from the tribes who migrated from Yemen after the collapse of the Marib Dam. Geography The Emirate of Fujairah is located on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates. It is bordered to the east by the Gulf of Oman, which is part of the Arab Sea connected with the Indian Ocean. To the west, it's bordered by the Emirates of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaima, and to the north, it's bordered by Sultanate of Oman. Sharjah also borders it from the south. The shores of Fujairah extend along the Gulf of Oman for 70 km from the city of Fujairah to the south to the city of Dibba in the far north. The Emirate of Fujairah covers 1150 km2, and is almost totally mountainous. Consequently, Fujairah boasts a higher than average yearly rainfall of the UAE. The weather is seasonal, although it's warm for most of the year. إمارة الفجيرة... هبة الجمال.. خرجت من ملكوته.. لتنسج خيوط التألق والشموخ.. هي الدفء الساحر.. هي العظمة التي يعجز الخيال عن إدراكها.. على شواطئها الخالبة عبير السحر.. الذي نسجته أحالم العذوبة.. وعلى جبالها يقف التاريخ.. راويا قصص الحضارة واألصالة.. فمن الشواطىء الشرقية لدولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة وبالتحديد على بحر العرب.. عزفت الطبيعة سيمفونيتها الرائعة.. على رمال ال تعرف إال معاني الحب والتآلف.. فمن الوهلة األولى تأخذك الفجيرة إلى أحضانها الحميمة.. وتسحرك بحصونها.. بقالعها.. بنخيلها المتمايل إجالال لعظمة المكان.. فال تملك إال أن تعشقها وتعشقك. شواطئها من أجمل الشواطئ الموجودة في دولة األمارات العربية المتحدة. ومن أشهر المناطق السياحية فيها )دبا ) تستعرض أمياال طويلة من الشواطئ الرملية الذهبية والبحر األزرق الساحر المتأللئ تحت أشعة الشمس. وهناك تجد جبل حجر الذي يرتفع بعظمة وشموخ على طول الطريق وتحيط به الوديان التي تحتضن الحصون والقالع التاريخية القديمة وتزينه أشجار النخيل الفجيرة لديها الكثير لتمنحه التمتع بأماكنها السياحية الجميلة ورياضة الغوص في بحارها اآلمنة واكتشاف الماضي العريق برؤية األماكن األثرية القديمة كقلعة الفجيرة ومسجد البدية وحصن الحيل وقلعة البثنة وغيرها. الفجيرة في التاريخ ترجع األهمية التاريخية للفجيرة إلى عصر ماقبل ميالد السيد المسيح )عليه السالم( حيث كانت تعرف في التاريخ القديم باسم أرض جبابرة البحار وكانت الموطن األول لألقوام المهاجرة من جنوب شرقي شبه الجزيرة العربية والتي عرفت فيما بعد باسم الفينيقيين. وينحدر نسب آل الشرقي حكام إمارة الفجيرة من األقوام التي قدمت من اليمن عقب انهيار سد مأرب. تقع إمارة الفجيرة على الساحل الشرقي لشبه الجزيرة العربية ويحدها من الشرق خليج عمان الذي هو جزء من بحر العرب المتصل بالمحيط الهندي ومن الغرب تحدها إمارتي الشارقة ورأس الخيمة وتحدها من الشمال سلطنة عمان ومن الجنوب إمارة الشارقة. تمتد شواطئ إمارة الفجيرة على ساحل خليج عمان بطول 70 كيلومترا من مدينة الفجيرة جنوبا إلى مدينة دبا في أقصى الشمال تبلغ المساحة اإلجمالية إلمارة الفجيرة 1450 كيلومترا مربعا تتكون في مجملها من السالسل الجبلية والهضاب والسهول والواحات وبعض المناطق الصحراوية المناخ في الفجيرة شبه قاري وتتنوع درجات الحرارة بحسب شهور السنة مع أمطار قليلة ومستويات متفاوتة من الرطوبة. سبب التسمية لم تثبت رواية أكيدة حول تسمية إمارة الفجيرة بهذا االسم. بعضهم أرجع االسم على تفجر العيون بالمنطقة. ولكن القول األرجح والذي يعتقد به األغلبية من المؤرخين هو ان التسمية جاءت نسبة إلى تفجر الينابيع المائية من تحت الجبال الموجودة هناك وهناك من يقول أنها سميت بهذا االسم )نسبة إلى الفجر ) ألن شمس العرب تشرق بداية من الفجيرة

7 Source of the Name (Fujairah) There is no definite story about the source of Fujairah's name. Some stories say that the name came from the time when water springs erupted in the area and so it was called Fujairah, referring to the Arabic verb (yatafajjar) which means erupts. Some say that the name came from the word (Fajr) which means dawn, and the reason is because the sun rises from the coasts of Fujairah first. Major Cities and Areas Fujairah, Dibba, Taiba, Habhab, Merbeh, Qidfa, Masafi, Tawyeen, Al Bidya, Siji, Al Bithna, Wadi Sidr, Ehfara, Ewhala, Al Qurayya, Dhadna, Sharm, Al Iqa, Al Hail, Al Ferfar, Wadi Sahm, Wadi Al Abaadla, Sekamkam, Al Halaah, El Belaida. Fujairah Forts and Castles Fujairah Fort One of the biggest tourist attractions in the city of Fujairah is this glorious fort that tells magnificent stories about the history of the Emirate of Fujairah. Located on a hill at the edge of date gardens, the Fujairah Fort is surrounded by the remains of some old town houses and lies at the heart of the Emirate of Fujairah. It's 3 km far from the coast and the date of building it goes back to the period between It was rebuilt in 1670 and it was reconstructed recently. Al Bithna Fort Al Bithna fort was built in Because of its location near Ham valley and date gardens, this fort is surrounded by farms and water springs and other beautiful natural and historical scenery. The visitors of this fort can enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains and date gardens that surrounds it. The water springs all around the fort gave it a uniqueness that no other fort has. The Fort is near the high way that connects the Emirate of Fujairah to the other emirates. Tourists and visitors can visits on their way in and out of Fujairah because of that. Al Hail Castle and Palace Al Hail castle and palace, one of the oldest and most impressive historic monuments in the emirate, dating back to the Iron Age ( BC). Nestled in Wadi Al Hail, 13km west of Fujairah, the old castle and its watchtower are well-known because one of the palaces was once occupied by the Al Sharqiyin ruling family. Water Springs Madhab Water Spring For years the hot springs in Madhab have been frequented by people wanting to benefit from the medicinal properties that eased rheumatism, arthritis and other aches. Madhab Spring is located at the northern end of Al Ittihad Street, which runs down the left side of the Ruler s Palace. أهم المدن والمناطق الفجيرة دبا الطيبة مربح قدفع مسافي البدية السيجي الطويين البثنة حبحب وادي السدر احفرة القرية البدية ضدنا شرم العقة الحيل الفرفار وادي سهم وادي العبادلة سكمكم أوحلة الحالة البليدة قالع الفجيرة قلعة الفجيرة من المواقع السياحية التي تجذب الزوار وهي قلعة تحكي قصة تاريخ مدينة الفجيرة وتقع على ربوة مرتفعة وتتوسط قرية الفجيرة األثرية القديمة وتبعد عن الساحل بما يقارب ثالثة كيلومترات ويعود تاريخ بنائها ما بين )1500 م م( وأعيد بناؤها في الفترة ما بين )1650 م م( وحديثا تم ترميم القلعة إلظهار معالمها التاريخية الفريدة للسياح والزائرين قلعة البثنة تحيط بها المزارع والعيون وغيرها من التضاريس الطبيعية نظرا لقربها من وادي حام وبساتين النخيل والزائر للقلعة بإمكانه أن يقضي ممتعا بمشاهدة الجبال وبساتين النخيل التي تتوسطها وقد وقتا أكسبتها مياه العيون العذبة القريبة منها نكهة خاصة وتتميز القلعة بقربها من الطريق العام الذي يربط إمارة الفجيرة بباقي اإلمارات حيث يستطيع السائح أو الزائر أثناء قدومه إلى اإلمارة أو مغادرته لها القيام بزيارتها لقربها من الطريق ويعود تاريخ بناءها 1735 م حصن ومربعة الحيل يقع على وادي حيل في جنوب غرب إمارة الفجيرة على مسافة 15 دقيقة بالسيارة وقرية من الطريق العام الذي يربط إمارة الفجيرة باإلمارات األخرى ويعود تاريخ بناء الحصة 1670 م تقريبا ويتكون من قاعات لالجتماعات وغرف نوم ومخازن ومطبخ كما أنه محاط بسور حصين مزود بفرجات أو فتحات للرمي باألسلحة ألغراض الدفاع أما خارج الحصن وعلى قمة ربوة فيقف برج المراقبة والدفاع مطال على القصر والقرية وعلى أرضة الطابق األرضي توجد مدبسة للتمر. العيون والمياه الطبيعية عين مضب تمتاز إمارة الفجيرة بوجود العديد من العيون للمياه المعدنية والكبريتية التي يسعى إليها الناس من مختلف مناطق الفجيرة لغرض االستشفاء من بعض األمراض الجلدية وأمراض المفاصل وعين مضب واحدة من هذه العيون التي يرتادها الزوار لالستشفاء من تلك األمراض وتشتهر العين بتركيبة مياهها المعدنية والكبريتية وتقع وسط حديقة ومتنزه عين مضب في نهاية شارع االتحاد في الطرف الشمالي من مدينة الفجيرة عين الغمور ال تقتصر مميزات هذه العين على معالجة األمراض بل تغمر من يرتادها بسحر موقعها الذي تكسوه أشجار السدر والنخيل واالرك وتقع كيلومترا من مركز مدينة هذه العين على بعد خمسة وعشرون الفجيرة جنوبا وقرب الطريق المؤدي إلى أوحله وكلما اقترب الزائر 13 12

8 Ain Al Ghamour In a mountainous area, over 25km south of Fujairah, the waters of Ain Al Ghamour, touch 55-60C. Cure seekers and tourists flock there seeking relief from diseases such as rheumatism, backache and arthritis. Al Wiraiah Valley The Wadi Al Wiraiah reservation is located within the Al-Hajar mountain series extending from the Sultanate of Oman in the South to the Hurmuz Strait in the North. The mountain series cut through the entire coastal strip of the Emirate of FUJAIRAH. The Wadi derived its name from the (War`aa) plant, which is the local name for the cane plant known for its quest for water and is therefore found mostly in areas of permanently filled ponds in the valley. The reservation lies around 25 kilometers from the city of FUJAIRAH in the northwesterly direction and around five kilometers from Khor Fakkan to the east and three kilometers from Badyia in the southwest. The reservation lies within the Gulf of Oman desert and sub desert area. It also touches the northern border of the green belt (the Arabian mountainous heights covered with shrubs). According to the WWF`s classification, this part of the region is regarded as an area of international importance. Although the UAE, mountain series cover only a small portion of the total area of the UAE, not exceeding 5% they capture at least 30% of the annual rainfall of the area. Economic Development in Fujairah As a result of the prudent leadership of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, and his sustained efforts and support, the Emirate has secured a strong presence internationally. His wise directions and policies have resulted in splendid achievements at all levels and in all fields of life where the unique link between place and time have been blended brilliantly together to produce a surge of achievements and flow of promising projects. Fujairah Government has played a great role in converting those policies into tangible reality in terms of various works and activities. This is achieved through constant direct efforts and the application of the necessary procedures and available resources that are fully employed to serve the best interest of the community. Fujairah s strategic location outside the Strait of Hormuz forms an eastern gateway for the United Arab Emirates that links between the Arabian Gulf markets, the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East and Europe. It also forms a center for re-export of goods between the East and the West after the policies it put to attract foreign investors have succeeded. Fujairah also made a number of important economic and commercial partnerships with many international investing companies which turned the Emirate of Fujairah into one of the most important economic centers in the Gulf area. This helped in establishing a number of investment projects in the fields of In- من العين تنساب رائحة الكبريت من بعض مياهها في مجرى الوادي وتتسرب على جوانبه المادة الكبريتية البيضاء المترسبة عن مياه العين وتصل درجة حرارة العين )55 أو 60( درجة مئوية ويؤم الناس موقع عين الغمور لخاصية التركيب الكيميائي ودرجة حرارة المياه المرتفعة ناشدين االستشفاء من أمراض الروماتيزم والمفاصل وضمور العضالت وبعض األمراض الجلدية وقد سجلت حاالت شفاء كثيرة من تلك األمراض وادي الوريعة تقع منطقة وادي الوريعة على بعد مسافة 45 كيلومترا شمال مدينة الفجيرة ما بين خورفكان والبدية وتطوقها سلسلة من الجبال وتتميز المنطقة بوجود أعداد كبيرة من عيون المياه والشالالت التي تنبع من باطن األرض كما تتميز بوجود المحمية الطبيعية التي أقامتها فيها حكومة الفجيرة مؤخرا بتوجيهات من صاحب السمو الشيخ حمد بن محمد الشرقي عضو المجلس األعلى حاكم الفجيرة بجعل الوريعة محمية طبيعية لتصبح أول منطقة جبلية تتحول إلى محمية في الدولة لوجود العديد من الحيوانات البرية والطيور وأعداد كبيرة من البرمائيات والحشرات المائية والنباتات البرية المتعددة. وتتميز منطقة وادي الوريعة بوجود طبيعة نادرة سمحت بتكوين نظام قادر على تخزين المياه في منطقة جبلية إضافة إلى أنها تتميز بوجود شالل الوريعة الذي تصب مياهه في البرك الطبيعية التي تصل عمق بعضها إلى 4 أمتار وتحيط بها أشجار ونباتات جبلية حيث إن الماء ال ينقطع على مدار العام وتتضاعف كميته في موسم األمطار. النهضة االقتصادية بالفجيرة بفضل جهود ودعم القيادة الرشيدة لصاحب السمو الشيخ حمد بن محمد الشرقي عضو المجلس األعلى حاكم الفجيرة حفظه اهلل أصبحت اإلمارة ذات حضور قوي في الساحة الدولية. لقد أفضت السياسات والتوجيهات الحكيمة للقيادة الرشيدة إلى نتائج باهرة على جميع المستويات وفي جميع المجاالت حيث كان االلتقاء اإلبداعي بين المكان والزمان في إطار الفكرة النيرة التي جمعت بينهما ونتج عنها ذلك الفيض الوفير من االنجازات والمشروعات الواعدة. ولقد كان لحكومة الفجيرة الدور الكبير في ترجمة تلك السياسات إلى واقع ملموس من خالل األعمال والنشاطات المختلفة التي تتوالها وتثابر على إكمالها بالجهد المباشر واإلجراءات الضرورية إلنجاحها بتعبئة الموارد المتاحة وتوظيفها في خدمة المجتمع. يشكل موقع إمارة الفجيرة اإلستراتيجي خارج مضيق هرمز بوابة شرقية لدولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة تربط بين أسواق دول الخليج العربية وشبه القارة الهندية والشرق األوسط وأوروبا ومركزا إلعادة تصدير البضائع بين الشرق والغرب بعد أن نجحت السياسات التي وضعتها لجذب االستثمارات الخارجية وإقامة شراكه اقتصادية تجارية مع العديد من المؤسسات االستثمارية العالمية مما حول إمارة الفجيرة إلى أحد المراكز االقتصادية المهمة في منطقة الخليج. وقد ساعد هذا في 15 14

Fujairah Free Zone offers many facilities to serve Arab and foreign investments and take advantage of opportunities for foreign investment. It also facilitates commercial development through the absence of customs duties on exports and imports and exemption from taxes for individuals and companies, in addition to the encouraging lease rates on land in the free zone. The availability of government and private schools that serve all educational levels in Arabic, English and Hindi. There also government and private universities, colleges, and institutions. Fujairah is famous for its beautiful nature, as it has Sulfur water springs, marine reserves and coral reefs, castles and monuments. 21 » حفل الختام محمد عبده يعد الفنان محمد عبده من أشهر الفنانين العرب على مستوى الوطن العربي الذين عاصروا الجيل القديم و الحديث وهو يحظى باحترام كبير في الساحة الفنية استحق معه لقب ب«فنان العرب«وي جمع المتابعون للوسط الفني على أن عبده أحد أهم الفنانين الذين ساهموا بنشر األغنية الخليجية في جميع أنحاء العالم العربي وواحد من مطوري األغنية السعودية بجانب األمير الشاعر خالد الفيصل واألمير الشاعر بدر بن عبد المحسن. بدأ فنان العرب رحلته الفنية بداية الستينات الميالدية عندما غنى في اإلذاعة في برنامج )بابا عباس( عام 1960 م وعمره ال يزيد عن عاما بمعونة من مكتشفه عباس الغزاوي وبارك هذا االكتشاف 12 الشاعر السعودي المعروف )طاهر زمخشري(. بعدها سافر إلى بيروت وهناك تعرف على الملحن السوري )محمد محسن( الذي قدم له أغنيته الخاصة األولى )خاصمت عيني من سنين( التي كانت بوابته لدخول عالم الغناء بقوة. شهدت فترة السبعينيات العديد من النجاحات للفنان عبده في مسارح عدد من البالد مثل )الكويت قطر لبنان اإلمارات ومصر( وتعرف خالل هذه الفترة على األمير الشاعر )خالد الفيصل( فقدم له قصائد نبطية مثل )يا صاح أي وه سافر وترجع وغيرها( دخل معها ألوانا أخرى مثل السامري في إيقاعات جديدة. كما قام في تلك الفترة بخوض تجربة األغنية الطويلة مع الشاعر األمير )بدر بن عبد المحسن(. توقف الفنان محمد عبده عن الغناء في الحفالت لمدة ثمان سنوات في إطار األزمة التي حلت بالخليج في عام 1990 ولكنه شارك في الحملة الوطنية لمؤازرة الكويت فقدم عدة ألبومات ألغان وطنية وعاد عبده للغناء العاطفي مع احتفال اليوم الوطني في سبتمبر عام 1997 م حيث أقام حفال في لندن قدم فيه أوال أغان وطنية ومن ثم قدم أغنيات عاطفية وحقق الحفل نجاحا كبيرا. وال يزال فنان الشعب محمد عبده يقدم األلبومات الجديدة والحفالت الناجحة. المكان: مسرح الكورنيش الكبير- الفجيرة التاريخ: 5 مارس 2018 التوقيت: pm 8:

22 » Closing Ceremony Mohammad Abdo Mohammad Abdo is one of the most famous Arab artists on the level of those who is coeval of the old and new generation. He enjoys a huge respect in the artistic field, with which he deserved the title Artist of the Arabs. Followers of the artistic field are unanimous that Mohammad Abdo is one of those artists who contributed to spreading the Gulf song across the Arab World, and is one of the Saudi Song developers, together with the poet prince Khalid Al Faisal and poet prince Badr bin Abdul Mohsen. The Artist of the Arabs started his artistic journey at the early sixties when he sang in the radio program Baba Abbas in 1960, when he was only 12 years old, with the help of the person who discovered him; Abbas Al Ghazawi, and that discovery was praised by the renowned Saudi poet Taher Zamakhshari. After that, he travelled to Beirut and got acquainted with the Syrian composer Mohammad Mohsen, who gave him his first private song Khasimt Aini min Sineen (You abandoned my eyes years ago) which was the threshold for Mohammad Abdo to strongly enter the world of singing. The seventies witnessed several successes for artist Mohammad Abdo on stage in a number of countries like, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, UAE and Egypt. During this period he met the poet prince Khalid Al Faisal, who gave him Nabatean poems like, ( Ya Sah, Aiwah, Safer wi Terjaa )and others, with which he mixed other types like Sameri in new rhythms. At the same period, he experienced the long song with poet prince Badr bin Abdul Mohsen. Artist Mohammad Abdo paused singing in concerts for eight years for the sake of the Gulf crisis in 1990, but he participated with the national campaign to support Kuwait and he released several national songs albums. He returned to emotional singing with the National Day celebration in 1997, where he conducted a concert in London which he started with national songs before moving to emotional son, and that concert was a big success. The moment she shows on stage, she discovers that she has lost her memory, so she seeks the audience help to re who she is. As she is gradually recalling and reviewing her conflict with life since her early childhood, and her struggle with the surrounding she lives in and with the community, with all its contradictions, and throughout the fight she discovers that there is even the better, greater and more perfect which is death. She gains certainty that death is the light and that life is not complete and all is rather relative. You rejoice and become sad, love and hate relatively, but with death there are no averages. With death things die completely, because death is the absolute perfection in evanescence. Thus, she the heroine decides to correspond to death to apologize for her misunderstanding of its notion and be rather panicking of it. Call it What You Wish monodrama utilizes what the story provides of psychological realms satiated with the dream and will to change and in search for individual salvation from which it bursts out towards another anticipated collective salvation. The main character shows up as bearer of movement and color, whilst the meaning would be the center of engagement with the actor as a focal point for creating a deep aesthetic and profound world which is inspired by its mutated self and is seeking an artistic enchantment decorated by dance, sound and gestures. The doctor gets passionate after the Lady. Her insistence to buy the doctor creates a tension situation. The doctor responds not for the money but I will not do that thing. The Lady has no other choice and leaves. The doctor cannot forgive himself for the decision he took. He tries to meet the Lady again to provide a free assistance. He understands that her husband, for a long time has been away and now he is about to come back. The child is not his and the time is very short. The doctor finds a way to send a message to the Lady and offers her, his help. He insists that if she does not respond, he would kill himself. The Lady gets back to the doctor. He has starred during the stages of the program, as he received the highest percentage of votes from the audience and was considered one of the most outstanding talents who participated in the program. After his distinguished participation in Arab Idol, Humeid launched his first song, Mshabbeh Aleik, through which he collaborated with the author Obaid Hareb and composer Khaled Al-Ahmad. They have a high level of artistic skill in playing on all Arab musical instruments such as Oud, buzuk, zither, and violin, through blowing instruments, such as flutes, on to the rhythmic instruments such as Tabla, Katem and Tambourine. In the late 90s, the two brothers went to Beirut where they joined the Oriental Roots Orchestra; a big band with oriental music style founded by Michele Alfetryadis in order to gather the best Arab musicians. Such cooperation gave way to the release of the first album, composed by the Brothers and distributed by Alfetryadis, in which they embodied the approach of venerable mirth. The Shehadeh brothers, with the contribution of Elia Azar in the lyrics and poetry, and the crafted integration of Alfetryadis, managed to transform soft music into what is known in the Middle East as the deceptively simple. Warner Music released the first Shehadeh Brother s album Bridge on the Mediterranean - which was nominated for two awards by BBC in 2005: BBC Radio 3 Music and BBC Radio 3 Listeners (2nd Center). After releasing the first album by the Brothers, they set off in a tour around Europe and the Middle East. Through his strive to establish his instrument; he opened the first branch of Bayt Al Oud in Cairo. Then, he opened several branches in different areas of the world, the last of which was Bayt Al Oud branch in Abu Dhabi. Along his long path, Naseer Shamma founded his Oyoun (Eyes) band of Arab Lounge music, Naseer Shamma also founded a band named Imagine and founded the first Orchestra of the Oud family which comprised 50 male and female players. He also founded the first band of Oud female instrumentalists, adding to his achievements his dream that the Oud will become a leader of the world s musical instruments. In this context, he called on the world s leading musicians in different instruments to establish an orchestra named The Most Beautiful Sounds and the orchestra performed in more than one Arab country led by the Oud. Naseer Shamma presented his concerts in different parts of the world, and put a large number of melodies for the Oud and other instruments such as the zither and the guitar, and put the soundtrack for a large number of theatrical, cinema, television, short and feature films and documentaries. Naseer Shamma received a number of awards and honors. He received the Best Music Award from the Mediterranean Festival in France, and his last honoring was by the Arab Thought Foundation which granted him the Art Creativity Award. Prior to that, he achieved the appellation of Ambassador of the East to the West by the German Ministry of Culture. The band consists of 7 vocalists accompanied by a set of musical instruments (3 Organs + 1 Guitar Bass + Drums + Kengha (wooden trumpet) + Binghaz rhythm). Akd Al Jallad band takes concern for folklore in its songs, choral rhymes (Muwashahat) and modern singing. The band released 12 CDs and recorded radio and TV evenings (Cologne, BBC, Abu Dhabi TV, Djibouti TV and Al-Jazeera TV), in addition to dozens of recordings in all audible stations and TV channels. Akd Al Jallad Band participated in several festivals in Germany, England, France, Switzerland, Egypt, Iraq, Qatar, Djibouti, South Sudan, as well as many festivals in Khartoum and other Sudanese cities. The COMPAGNIE DUMANLÉ s work on the traditional songs and dances from the cultural heritage of Côte d Ivoire. They create choreographic plays which tell the history of masks or dances that make the specificity of Ivorian culture. Cocorico is a journey which permits to discover Côte d Ivoire. From the north to the south including the center, this choreographic play combines songs and dances to express the awakening of the Ivorian people with its culture. 47 فرقة»تشاو شانغوتشين«وتسمى أيضا»تشين«وهي آلة عزف وترية تعد قطعة من التراث الثقافي المغمور وتعمل فرقة»تشاو شان«بشكل رئيسي في تعليم العزف على آلة الغوتشين والبحث واألنشطة المتبادلة الوطنية والعالمية وقامت بأداء موسيقاها في عدة مدن لتشجيع هذا الفن ألعوام طويلة. أيضا قائدة العزف قائدة الفرقة هي السيدة»تشاو شان«وهي والفنانة المغنية درست»تشاو«في المعهد العالي للموسيقى بالصين عام 1984 إذ كان يعمل مؤسس نمط»تشوان«في العزف تشوان بينهو وكان األستاذ األشهر بين أعوام 1911 و وبدأت السيدة»تشاو«بتقديم الحفالت الموسيقية في كافة أنحاء العالم. أدركت السيدة»تشاو«أن تشجيع فنون ال»تشين«أكثر أهمية من أي شيء آخر. فقررت العودة من كندا إلى الصين إلنشاء نادي دراسات ال»غوتشين«عام كانت آخر جهودها في هذا المجال تأليف كتاب»مجموعة تشوان بينهو لموسيقى الغوتشين«الذي أعاد تجميع جميع مقطوعات العزف التي خلفها السيد»تشوان«. وبمعزل عن أدائها وتعليمها تقوم السيدة تشاو أيضا ببعض المهام االجتماعية كنائب رئيس االتحاد الدولي للموسيقيين الصينيين ورئيس جمعية الغوتشين الدولية. الدولة: الصين المكان: مسرح الكورنيش الكبير- الفجيرة الزمان: 27 فبراير الوقت: PM 8:00 Qiao Shan s Guqin Group Guqin, also called qin, is one of the Intangible cultural heritage. It is a horizontal laid plucked string instrument. Its performance form is for solo, ensemble and accompaniment for singing. Qiao Shan s Guqin Group, mainly works for Guqin s teaching, researching, national and international exchanging activities. They ve performed in many cities to promote the art for many years. Ms. Qiao Shan is the group leader, Guqin leading player and singing artist. She studied at China Conservatory of Music in 1984, where the founder of Guan playing style, Guan Pinhu, was of the most famous Masters from Since her graduation, MsQiao started to have concerts all over the world. MsQiao recognized that the promotion of Qin arts is more important than anything else. She decided to come back from Canada to China to set up Guqin Study Club in Her most recent efforts are her book Guan PinhuGuqin Music Collection, which recompile all pieces which Mr Guan left. Apart from her performing and her teaching, MsQiao also takes some social duties, such as Vice-president of International Federation of Chinese Musicians, President of the International Guqin Association. In 2002, the honored artist MirjavadJafarov was appointed director of the group. The ensemble performed in many countries like America, Switzerland, Qatar, Dubai, Egypt, Russia, Turkey, Hungary, France, and gained wide popularity. Major Works: The ensemble represented Azerbaijan for the first time with the rhythm group Natig in Eurovision song contest. The Band assumes responsibility for searching and digging the lyrical legacy in order to present it properly, ensuring its elaboration and within the currently available technical and musical capabilities, and to make it palatable to the modern taste in a way that drives generations to follow suit. In its outstanding performance for 17 years, led by Professor Aref Bujairi, the Mohammed Bin Fares Band was one of the most prominent bands in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It has proved its international presence after being local, which encouraged the culture sector to adopt it in The Band presents various Bahraini traditional arts like, Al Sawt, Al Bastah, Al Khimari, Al Sameri and others. But the Al Sawt art has its special status with the Band. The Band is distinguished for its ensuring to spotlight the spirit of the folk song which is presented through its rhythms and authentic dances, as well as the musical distribution consistent with the song. Mohammed Assaf was born in Misurata, Libya, from Palestinian parents. He lived there until he was 4 years old. He then returned with his parents to Gaza, where he grew up in Khan Younis refugee camp. Since winning the title of Arb Idol, Assaf toured the countries of the world, where he participated in many successful concerts in the Middle East, Europe and the American Continent. In November 2013, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) appointed Assaf as a Goodwill Ambassador. On 10th June 2014, Assaf starred at the opening ceremony of the 64th Fifa Congress in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo by performing his own song- Assaf for the World Cup, in front of an international audience, supervised by the world-renowned producer Rodney Girkins, a producer of Michael Jackson s songs. Assaf has won many awards in his career, including Best Performance in the Middle East at the 2014 MTV European Music Awards in Glasgow, Scotland. His album "The First Love," wearing the Gulf cloak, gave his a significant push ahead. Hazza s success echoed throughout the Arab World, through which he cooperated with great poets and composers, including the poets Sheikh Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Sultan Mijalli, Saeed bin Musleh, Ahamad Alawi, Dr. Manei Saeed Al Otaiba, Khalid Al Awadhi, Anwar Al Musheri, Abdul Aziz Al Abkal, Ahmad Al Mirri, Mohammad bin Za al. The project comprises more than 60 players from all Syrian governorates, from Sulhi Al Wadi Institute, students and graduates from the Higher Institute of Music and the European Musical Institutes, and the players were of those distinguished in their performance on their instruments. The project targeted the presentation of the versatile music work which were authored particularly for the orchestra and aimed at enriching the status of the Arabic Tune with its brilliant features within a new combinative rhythmic trait, and introducing the Arabic Tunes in a modern formulation. The orchestra affiliates a special school for the preparation of art cadres in all musical instruments supervised by Masters specialized in orchestral work. Many professional dances formed the ensemble and Folk Orchestra of Folk Instruments of K. Kumisbekov. In his days, the group won high recognition and various prizes. As a dancing Masterfor more than 25 years, GoharMirakyanbecame the artistic head of the ensemble. All her restless efforts were to increase the performance of the young dancers and to enrich the list of the dancing program which is renewed year after year. A studio, named after HovsepShamamyan, is attached to the ensemble. The program of the ensemble contains Armenian, Russian, Byelorussian, Moldavian and Georgian, Greek as well as dances of other nations are included. During its activity the group has been to France, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Malta, Ukraine and also in a number of counties of CIS. 66 The Resident Artist Program, the activities of which are hosted by the Art House, next to the Fujairah Fort, provides a place for the artists to comfort, meditate and practise their hobbies, leading to the achievement of work of arts derived from their surrounding nature. The program hosts the participation of 14 artists from UAE, Arabian Gulf States, Arab, African and European States, whereas Artist Azza Al Qubaisi supervises the program. The Resident Artist aims at putting in place new criteria in the field of leading the artistic exchange amongst cultures, and build bridges for cooperation and constant support through an organized program updated to enable participants to experiment the artistic diversity in the emirate of Fujairah, and to interact with the artistic and local community, and to highlight the Archaeological areas in Fujairah. 72 الفنون الشعبية اإلماراتية تعكس الفنون الشعبية اإلماراتية بفروعها وأشكالها ثقافة المجتمع اإلماراتي األصيل وأسلوب حياة أفراده في كل مرحلة من مراحل أنماطا للتفاعل المجتمعي وترسيخا تطوره إذ شكلت الفنون الشعبية للقيم في مختلف المناسبات واألحداث التي تقع في محيط الحياة االجتماعية اليومية. وتعمل دولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة على تعزيز دور الفنون الشعبية والتراث من خالل إبرازها على المستويين المحلي والعالمي عبر المشاركة في المهرجانات وإقامة الندوات والمحاضرات في مجال األدب والفن والتراث الثقافي الشعبي. جزءا من التراث الشعبي للدولة فالرقصات كما ت عد الموسيقا الشعبية واألشعار واألهازيج واألغاني الشجية ال تمارس دون دوافع بل ترتكز على أصالة أبناء اإلمارات وكل وصلة أو شلة غنائية تمثل قصة اإلماراتي واعتزازه المستمر بنفسه وبيئته وتوضح ارتباطه الوثيق بتاريخه وعروبته وتوضح صلته بالعالم الخارجي المحيط به. ونظرا لألهمية الكبيرة التي تحظى به هذه الفنون الشعبية خصص مهرجان الفجيرة الدولي مساحة كبيرة من برنامجه لهذه الفنون الشعبية في الدولة من فلكلور وموسيقى وشعر ورسم بتنوع واختالف مراحل التطور التي مر بها المجتمع كما تختلف باختالف ظروف العيش والحياة والعمل التي تحيط باألفراد في بيئاته المختلفة والمناسبات التي تسجلها هذه الفنون. فن الرزيف الحربي تتميز دولة اإلمارات العربية المتحدة بفن الرزيف الحربي ويكون عدد المشاركين بهذا الفن بين الخمسين والستين شخص ي قسموا إلى قسمين يقف وسطهم ح ملة الطبول بما ال يقل عن ثالثة طبول ويبدأ الرزيف بكلمات أحد الشعراء الذي يتواجد بدوره بين الصفين لتلقينهم ويردد الرزيفة خلفه واألشعار المستخدمة في فن الرزيف الحربي ت عبر عن كل مناسبة سواء كانت حفل عرس أو مناسبة رسمية أو وطنية أو عبارة عن شعر غزلي ويوجد أيضا بين الصفين مجموعة اليويلة )حملة األسلحة( الذين يؤدون حركات باألسلحة ويتركز هذا الفن في المنطقة الشرقية والوسطى فيما تطور في العصر الحالي بعد بدخول اآلالت الموسيقية والعزف عليها خالل االحتفاالت ولكن بذات النمط والطريقة. المكان: مسرح القرية التراثية- دبا الفجيرة الزمان: التوقيت: pm 4:00 المكان: مسرح الكورنيش القرية التراثية في الفجيرة الزمان: التوقيت: pm 4:00 فن الهبان عرف فن الهبان بالساحل الشرقي حتى سلطنة ع مان والمناطق المجاورة له وهو عبارة عن مجموعة تؤدي حركات معينة يتوسطهم عازف المزمار الذي يتميز به فن الهبان وعدد المشاركين به من عشرة

74 هو من ي قود مجموعة فن الدان ويحركهم ويمتاز هذا الفن بأشعار مختلفة عن الرزيف الحربي والوهابي إذ يقوم الشاعر بمشاكاة أحد األشخاص عن ألغازا مخفية في الشعر نفسه وينتظر الرد على سؤاله طريق الشعر وطرح وعندما ينتهي من أشعاره التي ال تزيد عن خمسة أبيات يطلب بشعر أيضا من أحد األشخاص الموجودين الرد على أبيات الشعر حسب فهمه للغز. المكان: مسرح القرية التراثية دبا الفجيرة الزمان: التوقيت: pm 4:00 المكان: مسرح الكورنيش القرية التراثية في الفجيرة الزمان: التوقيت: pm 4:00 فن الليوة فن بحري يمتاز به الساحل الشرقي من الفجيرة حتى سلطنة ع مان وهو عبارة عن مجموعة من األشخاص يدورون حول بعضهم البعض ويؤدون حركات دورانية ويتواجد في وسطهم عازف المزمار وحامل الطبل بحجم كبير مثبت على األرض وهو من يقوم بقيادتهم في هذا الفن. المكان: مسرح الكورنيش القرية التراثية في الفجيرة الزمان: التوقيت 004-pm فن الرواح تمتاز بهذا الفن قبيلة الشحوح والحبوس وهو مجموعة من األشخاص يحمل كل منهم طبل على حدة ويصطفون بخط واحد ليرددوا األغاني الخاصة بهم وال تستخدم أية آالت موسيقية في هذا الفن. المكان: مسرح الكورنيش القرية التراثية في الفجيرة الزمان: التوقيت: 4-7:30 pm الفن البحري تجمع الفنون البحرية تسمية النهمة وهي أغاني متعددة تسمى باسم نوع العمل على ظهرالسفينة ومنها ما هو خاص بالغوص وأخرى خاصة بالسفر ألماكن بعيدة. وتتضمن النهمة المواويل والترانيم واإلستهالالت واألدعية بما يشبه اإلبتهال هلل تعالى وحمده وشكره. وال يستخدم في هذا الفن أي من األدوات الموسيقية المتعارف عليها في المنطقة ألنه غناء يهدف بالدرجة األولى إلى بعث الحماس في نفوس الصيادين وتشجيعهم على العمل وبذل الجهد لتحقيق الصيد الوفير والعودة الغانمة. المكان: مسرح الكورنيش القرية التراثية في الفجيرة الزمان: التوقيت: 4:00pm

75 Emirati Folk Arts Emirati folk arts reflect the culture of the original UAE community and the lifestyle of its s at every stage of its development. Folk Arts have created patterns for community interaction and establishment of values in various occasions and events within the context of the daily social life. The UAE promotes the role of folk Arts and heritage through highlighting them locally and internationally by participating in festivals, holding seminars and lectures in literature, art and cultural folk tradition. The popular music is part of the folklore of the country. Dances, poetry, chants and melodious songs are not practiced without motives, but are based on the originality of the UAE people. Each singing coupler or song represents the Emirati story and its continuous pride in itself and its environment, and explains the strong connectivity to its history and Arabism and the link to the world surrounding it. Due to the great importance of these folk arts, the Fujairah International Art Festival has allocated a large part of its program for these folk arts in the country; like folklore, music, poetry and drawing, with the diversity and difference of development stages experienced by society, and as they vary according to the living conditions and life and work that surrounds individuals in their different environments and the events recorded by these arts. The Art of al-razif al-harbi The United Arab Emirates is characterized by the art of al-razif al-harbi. The number of participants in this art is between 50 and 60 persons divided into two parts. The drum holders; minimum of three drums, stand in the middle. The Razif begins with the words of one of the poets, who in turn is present between the parts, and the poems used in the art of al-razif al-harbi express every occasion, whether a wedding ceremony or a formal occasion or national or flirtatious poetry. Also, between the two parts, stand the Yula Performers (weapon holders) who perform gestures with weapons. This art concentrates in the Eastern and Central region, and it has evolved in the present time, with the introduction of musical instruments, and playing them during celebrations, but in the same style and manner. It is a group that performs certain movements, in the middle of which is the Pipe player, by which the art of Habban is characterized. The number of participants is ten to twelve persons. Women, sometimes, participate in this art. Four to five drums are present, and the participants revolve around themselves, arranging words according to the melody played on the Pipe. 76 Venue: Corniche Theater Traditional Village, Fujairah :00 p.m. Al-Sahbah Art The art of al-sahbah is practiced during the time when the groom s family moves the items bought with the bride s needs, and the gifts of the bride s family (the goldies) to the bride's house. They are carried on the women s heads foot-walking from the house of the groom to the bride's house. When they arrive, the band is divided into two rows with drums in the middle, and the usual songs are sung welcoming the groom s family and gifts of the bride s family. Women, sometimes, take part in that art, and the time would be from noon time until the A sr prayers. Venue: Traditional Village Theater Diba Al Fujairah Venue: 4:00 p.m. Corniche Theater Traditional Village, Fujairah :00 p.m. Wahhabi Razif Art This art is practiced from the A sr time (afternoon) until the Maghreb prayer. It consists of two rows of singers standing opposite to each other, songs are interchangeable between them, and the drums are as many as eight drums, and the repeaters sway their bodies to express the lyrics of the song. This art is characterized by enthusiasm; Sword holders are also present to run duels between two or more people. This art is characterized by the Razif dancers wearing wrapping belts and holding light rifles. The Wahhabi Razif group comes over foot walking, and here the lakia (reception) takes place, when the bride s family welcomes guests with songs. In the past, the Lakia was practiced using light guns and firing shots, not using musical instruments. Venue: Traditional Village Theater Diba Al Fujairah :00 p.m. Al- Dan Art The eastern coast and the surrounding areas are characterized by Al-Dan art. It is a group of two rows with drums in between. This art is characterized by the presence of a drum called Alkasir, and its holder strikes on the drum in a way different from his mate drummers. Al Kasir drummer is the one who leads the art of Dan and moves them. This art features different poems from those recited in al-razif al-harbi and Wahhabi Razif. The poet assimilates a person by means of poetry, puts hidden puzzles in the same poetry, and waits for an answer to his question with poetry, too. When he finishes his poetry, which is no more than five verses, he asks one of the present men to respond to the verses according to his understanding of the puzzle. 77 Al-Liwa Art A naval art the eastern coast, from Fujairah to Oman, is characterized by. It is practiced by a group of people swirling around each other, performing rotational movements; amidst them are the Pipe player, and a large groundbased drum striker who leads them in this art. Venue: Corniche Theater Traditional Village, Fujairah :00 7:30 p.m. Al Ruwah Art Al-Shohouh and Al-Hobbous tribes are distinguished for this art. It is practiced as a group of people, each holding a drum separately. They line up in an array to recite their special songs. No musical instruments are used in this art. Venue: Corniche Theater Traditional Village, Fujairah :00 7:30 p.m. Marine Art The marine arts are collectively gathered by the title al-nahmah, which is a set of numerous songs named after the type of work practised on board a ship. Some of these songs are meant for diving, and some others are meant for travelling to remote spots. Al-Nahmah includes roundelays, hymns, meditations and prayers similar to the praise of God Almighty and praise and thanks. No musical instruments, of those recognized in the region, are used in this art, because it is primarily aimed at driving enthusiasm in the hearts of fishermen, and encouraging them to work and make an effort to achieve the abundant fishing and gainful return. 80 » Intellectual Symposium Visual and performance patterns that form the theatrical show structure in Monodrama Speakers: Prof. Dr. Saad Youssef Obaid A Sudanese researcher playwright born in Um Darman in 1951 Currently, he holds the position of Drama and theater in the Sudanese Universities. He has a number of contributions in the fields of writing and research. He achieved his Doctorate by his thesis entitled: Theatrical factors in the Sudanese TV drama at the Music and Drama College Sudan University of Technology 2003 He founded the theater department at Djibouti Institute and developed its curricula in 2004, and contributed in the foundation of Drama Department at The Palace of Children and Youth. He directed several plays, and his works were presented in Baghdad and Carthage Festivals, at the Paris Arab World Institute. He wrote for theater, radio and TV. He also took acting parts in a number of theatrical shows, TV, radio and Cinema during the period ( ). Perhaps one of the most important phenomena that started to distinguish monodrama, being an imaginative art seeking to devise an authentic and live watching integrated in its elements of composition, is the overlap between the artistic genres and the inspiration from the tremendous advancement of the age achievements of technologies and techno-abilities, symmetric and digital images, with which the theater became a workshop open to all possibilities of aesthetics of mixing, hybridization and fragmentation. The search for the interesting and amazing in the stage performance, particularly, the mono-dramatic, which strives and cumulate to break out of its narrative and rhetoric status, is no longer limited to the instruments of the actor, such as speech, mime, gesture, and the various body movements, silence and inner emotion, but rather it transcends them to other visual and performance perceptions and formats that seek to mobilize all senses of the recipients, and to push them to interact with patterns of watching they concede to their righteousness, creatively, visually and acceptedly. Thus, scenographers, choreographers and technicians turned into masters in theatrical performance in general, and the mono-dramatic show in particular, sharing the performer or the director in sculpting the finest performing, visual and imaginative details, relying on the available revolutionary and modern technological and knowledge. In the face of this overlapping and fragmentation, and the end of differentiation between the artistic genres, is theater still preserving its essence? Is the mono-drama actor still creative in visions, charm and amazement? Is he still in a state of constant vigilance, urging him to voice out his inner self and search its treasures and wounds in order to delve into multiple dramatic roles and create the peculiarities of their characters? He was born in Baghdad in 1952, he studied and graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad in He left the country, traveling from one country to another, and finally is settled in Italy and has been living there for 30 years. He works in more than one creative stream of playwriting, acting, directing and translation. He has a number of works: Theater Circles, Dialogues about Theater, Dance in Arab Society, Grottovski and Theater. he also translated books including: March of the Opposites, Dariovo plays, and A paper Boat. 81 » ورشة مسرحية»السينوغرافيا«تستهدف الورشة التي تقام برعاية الهيئة الدولية للمسرح ITI المنتسبين من أعضاء اللجنة الفنية والعناصر التقنية وضيوف المهرجان من الفرق المسرحية المشاركة وتستضيف الفنانين المحلين المشتغلين بالمسرح من الهيئات والمؤسسات واألفراد المهتمين بالسينوغرافيا على وجه الخصوص. وتحرص الورشة المسرحية في جانبها العملي خالل أيام المهرجان على مواكبة تركيب وتحضير كافة العروض المسرحية المونودرامية المقدمة على أن تقوم في اليوم التالي في جانبها النظري بتحليل ومناقشة العروض مع مشرفة الورشة وأحد الضيوف المختصين في أنساق اإلضاءة والصوت والتقنيات الحديثة. اشراف األستاذة شادية زيتون المكان: مسرح دبا الفجيرة الزمان: 25 فبراير- 4 مارس مشرف الورشة شادية زيتون دوغان مصممة ومهندسة ديكور لبنانية. بدأت مشوارها الفني عام 1975 بتصميم العديد من المنازل والمكاتب في لبنان والعالم العربي قامت بتصميم ديكور وسينوغرافيا العديد من المسلسالت التلفزيونية في لبنان وعجمان واليونان منها: الرا والبحر وبقي الحب إبن عطية األصمعي بائع األمثال وأمطرت ذات صيف رجال ومواقف مدينة األبواب غدا تزهر االرض. قامت بتصميم ديكور العروض المسرحية منها: )عمارة برسم اإلعارة الشهيد ابن البلد سقوط عويس آغا( كما شاركت في العديد من الورش المسرحية. شغلت منصب نقيب الفنانين في لبنان وعضويته لفترات كبيرة..وتم اختيارها في لجان التحكيم والمراقبة واالشراف في عدة مهرجانات

82 » Workshop «Scenography» The workshop, sponsored by the International Theater Institute (ITI), targets the affiliated s of the Technical Committee, the technical elements and the guests of the festival from the participating theater groups. It hosts the local theater-involved artists of the authorities, institutions and individuals interested in the scenography in particular. During the Festival Days, the theatrical workshop, in its practical aspect, is keen to cope with the installation and preparation of all the presented monodramatic performances, and, the following day, in its theoretical aspect, it will analyze and discuss the performances with the workshop supervisor and one of the guests who is specialized in lighting, sound and modern technology patterns. Supervised by Mrs. Shadia Zaitoun Venue: Dibba Al Fujairah 25/2-4/3 Workshop Supervisor Shadia Zaitoun Dughan Lebanese Designer and Decorator. She started her artistic career in 1975 with the design of many houses and offices in Lebanon and the Arab world. She has designed the decor and scenography of many television series in Lebanon, Ajman and Greece, including: Lara and the Sea, Love Remained, Ibn Attiya, Al-Asma i, Proverb Seller, One Summer, It Rained, Men and Attitudes, City of Doors, and Tomorrow, the Land Blossoms She has designed plays decor, such as: (A Building for Lending) (Martyr, the Son of Homland), (The Fall of Uwais Agha). She also participated in several theater workshops She assumed the position of Artist in Chief in Lebanon, and its ship for long periods. She was chosen for judging and control committees, and for supervision in several festivals

84 » Occasion Celebration of The 70th anniversary of the International Theater Institute Foundation Fujairah is the second headquarters of the General Secretariat of the International Theater Institute (ITI-UNESCO) and a strategic point for the development of the International Theater Institute, being the venue hosting the discussions of its Chairmen and their decisions on future steps to increase the Institute s ship and activities. The International Bureau in Fujairah contributes to fostering the regional and international coordination and spreading theatrical awareness in the Arab, Asian and African region, and developing the peoples cross-relations to achieve peace and development, in addition to promoting the global exchange of knowledge and experiences in the field of theater in order to strengthen the bonds of love peace and friendship, and to deepen understanding roots and raise the degree of cooperation in the fields of creativity among all playwrights.
